Welcome to the Virginia Crush 13U baseball team page. The 13U Crush is a USSSA/Nations affiliated non-profit youth baseball team for 13 year olds based in the Hampton Roads region. The 13U Crush was formed in the fall of 2009 and our roster includes players from across Virginia Beach and Chesapeake. Our team trains and plays its home games at our indoor/outdoor facilities located in Chesapeake, Virginia. We are also partnered with nationally known former major league pitcher Gary Lavelle and Complete Game Baseball.

  Our coaching philosophy is focused on taking a developmental approach with our players with their individual growth being put first followed secondly by wins and losses. Our program places heavy emphasis on conditioning, proper execution of the fundamentals of baseball and team building to prepare them for the next level. A key goal of our club is to build and prepare our players for high school ball.

The 13U Crush is a year-round travel baseball club that plays in both the spring and fall seasons. We hold conditioning training in January and February followed by the spring season which runs from March through July with August off. We then play the fall season from September to November with December off.
